This project features a wide over-water platform that extends directly from the shoreline, creating a functional outdoor living space at water level. The clean, neutral-toned composite decking offers a slip-resistant surface, low maintenance performance, and long-term durability against moisture, UV exposure, and seasonal temperature fluctuations common in Lake Tahoe.
 

A thoughtfully integrated gangway connects the primary platform to the floating dock system, providing smooth, stable access to the water. Stainless steel cleats and powder-coated safety railings add both functionality and modern architectural detail, while maintaining unobstructed lake views. The floating dock design adapts naturally to changing water levels, ensuring reliable year-round performance.
