Qualifications
Installing window frames, doors, door frames, door hardware, interior and exterior trim using carpenters level, plum bob and laser levels.
Perform framing and finish carpentry as required, proven experience in high end residential construction.
Read plans and perform layout as needed, ensure daily schedule of tasks is on schedule.
Ability to train others and manage subcontractors. Previous experience in leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities
Must have own truck and tools
3-5 years residential carpentry experience
Strong working knowledge of job site safety as well as ability to complete a company specific safety orientation.
OSHA 10 card required
High standard of integrity and professionalism
Drug free at all times
Clean DMV record
