Work with the Superintendent to build the project.
Communicate clearly, fully, and honestly with the client always.
Support the Superintendent
Execute subcontracts in a timely manner.
Conduct effect meetings with owners, architects, consultants, inspectors, utility companys, and subcontractors.
Create and maintain reliable schedules.
Ensure that safety procedures are followed.
Track and capture all changes.
Ensure that safetly procedures are followed.

Track subcontractors and suppliers performance.
Earn the stated overhead profit.
The submittal process is followed correctly and well.
Owner's Manuals are properly compiled.
Requirements for insurance, safety, and employee relations are met.
Manage the completion of the project.
Obtain the final inspection and certificate of occupancy.
Inspect the work, write the punchlist and manage completion of all work.
Audit all subcontracts.
Maintain a long-term relationship with clients.
Responsibilities
Ten or more years experience in construction.
Deep knowledge and understanding construction costs and accounting.
Deep knowledge and understanding of construction scheduling.
Thorough familiarity with surveying and layout.
Thorough familiarity with construction methods and materials and their characteristics, installation procedures, and tolerances.
Thorough familiarity with architecture.
Thorough familiarity with geotechnical, civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical engineering principles.
The ability to drive complex and difficult process to completion.
Strong math, written, and oral communications.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
